To recognize and reward outstanding academic achievement, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university for the upcoming academic year while pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree; must be a students are eligible to apply for a Mas Family Scholarship if they were born in Cuba or are of direct Cuban descent; must have minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale; must have demonstrate leadership potential and involvement in community service activities. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on primary consideration, financial need. How to apply: Applications must submit on online form; should include, three completed recommendation forms; proof of Cuban descent; personal statement (max 500 words); resume; academic Information; financial aid; essay( 1,000-word ).
