To provide scholarship for students enrolled in cosmetology and barber programs. Qualifications: Applicants must be currently applying for entrance into a Cosmetology or Barber School, or actively enrolled in a Cosmetology or Barber program; applicants who graduate from a Cosmetology or Barber School between January 1st and August 31st of the award year are not eligible; esthetician or nail training students are not eligible. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on independent committee composed of the board of directors and others in the professional beauty industry.
