To support community college students to transfer and complete their bachelor's degrees at the top four-year colleges/universities. Qualifications: Applicants must be current students at an accredited U.S. community college or two-year institution with sophomore status or be recent graduates; must plan to enroll in a full-time baccalaureate program at an accredited college or university in the fall; must have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent); must demonstrate unmet financial need, with a maximum annual gross income of \$95,000 considered; a full financial review will be conducted, taking into account all income and assets of the applicant and their parents; applicants must not have previously enrolled or attended a four-year institution, unless they did not complete a semester of full-time study; applicants who have already transferred to a four-year institution or plan to transfer to start during the spring semester are not eligible; U.S. citizenship is not required, but applicants must have attended an accredited two-year institution in the United States.
