To provide an outstanding student pursuing a graduate degree in School Library Studies at the University of Northern Iowa. Qualifications: Applicants must be paid members of the Iowa Library Association AND meet at least one of the following: be attending their first ILA conference; have worked in a Iowa Library for fewer than three years; be a library science student.
