To provide financial assistance to individuals exploring a career in real estate management. Qualifications: Applicants must be of legal age and currently employed in some aspect of the real estate field. Selection criteria: Recipients are selected on the basis of financial need; commitment to real estate management as a career; and character as demonstrated by community involvement. How to apply: Applicants must submit the official application form; an employer affidavit and financial status form; a personal letter describing the applicant’s objectives and background information; for U.S. citizens, a letter of support from the local president or officer endorsing the applicant’s application; a copy of the applicant's signed federal income tax return and Form W-2 for the previous year; for international applicants, a letter from an employer or client if self-employed, along with the total income indicated in the Annual Income Statement for the previous year (if married, include the spouse's information).
