To provide for students who have a serious interest in professional work related to aging, long-term care, and/or death and dying. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate student; Be enrolled in a degree program at any UH campus, HPU, BYU- Hawaii, or Chaminade at the graduate level; have two or more semesters to complete before graduation; have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Selection criteria: Selection is based on the submitted application materials. How to apply: Applicants must submit an online application form; should include a scanned copy of the applicant's transcript and a scanned letter of recommendation from a professor; should describe relevant coursework, volunteer or paid work, the applicant's career interests, and financial need. Focus: Gerontology; Medicine, Geriatric.
