To support Hawaii public high school graduates pursuing education degrees at University of Hawaii campuses. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawaii demonstrate financial need; maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA; must be an outstanding Hawaii public high school graduate; major in education; attend University of Hawaii - Manoa, University of Hawaii - Hilo or University of Hawaii - Maui College or University of Hawaii - West Oahu; attend as a full-time student; who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing; must attend a school in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee members. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; letter recommendation; continuing college; current cumulative grade point average (GPA); transcripts should be as recent as possible and should not be a duplicate from a prior year HCF application; supporting documents.
