Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawai‘i; demonstrate financial need; maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (unless otherwise stated). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee members. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required or recommended for specific scholarships; current cumulative grade point average (gpa); transcripts should be as recent as possible and should not be a duplicate from a prior year hcf application; letters of recommendation (lor) are not typically required.
