To support Hawaiians of Tongan ancestry who are pursuing college degrees in Hawaii. Qualifications: Applicants must demonstrate financial need; Applicants must be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Applicants must be residents of the State of Hawaii; Applicants must attend college in the State of Hawaii; Applicants should be of Tongan descent. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year and continue to meet eligibility requirements and remain in good academic standing.
