To support Hawaii students of Chinese descent who are pursuing post-secondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of the State of Hawaii; Applicants must demonstrate financial need; Applicants must be in good academic standing or maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Applicants must be of Chinese descent. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to students who were awarded in the immediate prior year and continue to meet the eligibility requirements and maintain good academic standing.
