To support students from Hawaii pursuing two-year college degrees. Qualifications: Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii enrolled full-time at an accredited two-year, not-for-profit college or university in the U.S. (including U.S. territories); must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Selection criteria: preference be a graduate of a public high school on Hawai'i Island; who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing (up to 4 years).
