To provide college scholarships to students from Molokai, Hawaii. Qualifications: Applicants must be resident of the State of Hawaii from the island of Molokai; must demonstrate financial need; must attend as a full-time student (as determined by applicants school's financial aid office); must have a minimum GPA of 2.7; must attend a school in the United States. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to first generation students; applicants who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include FAFSA submission summary; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required; additional documents: letters of recommendation, SAT/ACT scores for high school seniors, verification of organization affiliations, native Hawaiian ancestry verification.
