To accomplish one of their main objectives of providing scholarships for the Kona community. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawaii; must be attend a school in the United States; must demonstrate financial need; must be a in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; must be a Resident of North or South Kona; must attend a school in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on Plan to study in the fields of healthcare, education, or social work demonstrate an emphasis in advancing native Hawaiian culture. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include FAFSA submission summary; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required; additional documents: letters of recommendation, SAT/ACT scores for high school seniors, verification of organization affiliations, native Hawaiian ancestry verification.
