Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of the State of Hawaii; Applicants must demonstrate financial need; Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.0; Applicants must be full-time students; Applicants must major in education; Applicants must be junior, senior, or graduate students; Applicants must demonstrate good moral character. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic achievement, financial need, moral character, and preference for previous recipients who remain eligible and in good academic standing. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; Letter recommendation; continuing College; current cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA); transcripts should be as recent as possible and should not be a duplicate from a prior year HCF application; supporting documents.
