To provide maximum flexibility to meet the philanthropic goals of our donors and the needs of our community. Qualifications: Recipients must who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing; donor Selection criteria: Selection will be based on high preference for a high school or former high school athlete; and student pursuing a career in the medical field with a preference for a nursing major; student who has performed community service. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include FAFSA submission summary; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required; additional documents: letters of recommendation, SAT/ACT scores for high school seniors, verification of organization affiliations, native Hawaiian ancestry verification.
