To support residents of Hawaii attending a two-year or four-year college or university. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawai'i; demonstrate financial need; maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee members. How to apply: Applicants must submit online; must include the applicant's most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required or recommended for specific scholarships; the applicant's current cumulative grade point average (GPA); transcripts should be as recent as possible and should not be a duplicate from a prior HCF application; letters of recommendation are not typically required to submit the applicant's application.
