To provide for vocational education describes degree programs designed to teach students skills for a specific segment of employment. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawaii; must demonstrate financial need; must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7; must enroll in an AS or AAS career and technical degree program within the University of Hawaii Community College system; must attend as a full-time student; must attend a school in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee members; preferences will be a resident of Ewa Beach; must be students in a Marine-related program. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include FAFSA submission summary; most recent unofficial grade transcript; any short essays and/or other documents that may be required; additional documents: letters of recommendation, SAT/ACT scores for high school seniors, verification of organization affiliations, native Hawaiian ancestry verification.
