To support local students pursuing education in cosmetology. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from the Tri-Cities area who are pursuing degrees in cosmetology. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on financial need, the school the applicant is attending, academic achievement, as well as personal or career goals. How to apply: Application must be completed through the online portal. Applicant must also submit a copy of high school or college transcript, any additional required documents, and Page 1 of the Student Aid Report with Student Aid Index (SAI) included on the form. Focus: Cosmetology.
