To provide financial assistance to high school students for their continuing higher education. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend a four-year college or university; at least one of the parents (or guardians) of the student must be a current federal government attorney or federal judge and a member of the Federal Bar Association. Selection criteria: Selection will be evaluation is based on academic achievement, leadership recognition, school and community service and activities, and compelling personal essay content and quality (both substance and written communication skills). How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; should include, recent transcripts (official copy); letter of acceptance from their college, university or graduate/professional school for new enrolls; and an essay.
