To provide undergraduate college and vocational scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Mecklenburg County who intend to attend an accredited college or vocational school in Mecklenburg County. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale); applicants must be legal residents of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina; applicants must attend an accredited college or vocational school in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
