To provide scholarships to undergraduate students studying law enforcement at Central Piedmont Community College and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Qualifications: Applicants must be student at Central Piedmont Community College or the University of North Carolina at Charlotte; must be majoring in a law enforcement field; must have 2.5 minimum cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).
