To provide undergraduate scholarships to graduates of Charlotte-Mecklenburg public high schools with financial need. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating senior at a Charlotte-Mecklenburg public high school; participant in the Communities In Schools ThinkCOLLEGE® Program or the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools AVID Program; legal resident of Mecklenburg County, NC; 2.5 minimum cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale); must be Undergraduate; must qualified students attending colleges and universities in the United States.
