To provide scholarships to a 4th year, 5th year, or graduate accounting students attending a partnering college or university. Qualifications: Applicant must be a full-time or part-time college student (as defined by college/university); must be majoring in accounting or a related subject and attending any partnering college or university in the state of Florida with an accredited accounting program; be an active member of the FICPA; have at least a 3.0 Cumulative GPA and at least a 3.0 upper-level accounting GPA at the time of submission; must be at least a rising college senior or graduate student with at least one upper-division accounting course at the time of submission; must be planning to sit for the CPA exam and be actively working towards fulfilling the requirements for certification in Florida; must indicate a desire to work in Florida; must be a citizen of the United States or hold permanent residency status. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee and Board of Trustees criteria.
