To provide financial assistance for children and grandchildren of Elks members. Qualifications: Applicants must be a high school senior; do not need to submit ACT and/or SAT scores; for the next year contest, any child or grandchild (or step-child, step-grandchild, or legal ward) of a living Elk who joined the Order on or before April 1, two year before, or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, two year before, is eligible; the Elk must also be a paid-up member for the last two contiguous years through March 31, next year; great-grandchildren are not eligible. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on knowledge; charity; community and integrity. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form.
