To support Canadian students pursuing careers in electrical fields. Qualifications: Applicants must be student attending any post-secondary institution in the Maritime Region; student must have successfully completed at least their first year of any degree, diploma or apprenticeship program; student must have maintained a minimum cumulative average of 80% in their current program and have shown leadership in their school and/or community; applicants must Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have completed their first year of a recognized university or college in Canada and be registered in a full-time this year eligible post-secondary degree or diploma program; students must be enrolled in their program and attending school in fall this year/Winter next year semesters. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to relatives of Eddy Group Limited employees, its customers and its supplier partners; preference will be given to those applicants with a connection to an EFC member company and who are pursuing post-secondary education in a discipline which targets a career in the electrical industry, such as electrical engineering, electrical technologist, electrical technician, industrial distribution, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, management operations, logistics and information technology.
