To assist students who are suffering from a debilitating condition(s) while continuing their education at a college institution. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a U.S. college institution with at least 12 credit hours of classes for the upcoming fall semester (or 9 credits for graduate students); must be legal residents of the United States; must have a GPA of 2.5 from their most recent transcript (high school or college); and must have a medically diagnosed impairment. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the aforementioned qualifications and the submitted essays. How to apply: Applicants will be required to write a short essay between 500 and 1,500 words about the essay topic given and submit along with a college acceptance letter or college ID, upcoming fall class schedule, most recent transcript, valid ID or documentation confirming legal residency, and one letter of recommendation.
