To provide supplemental financial assistance to an undergraduate student diagnosed with cystinosis enrolled in an accredited collegiate or vocational program. Qualifications: Applicants be high school graduates or high school seniors living with cystinosis seeking post-graduation education or training. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the judges; basis rationale, grammar and comprehension; transcripts and letters of recommendation will be considered in the final decision with grade point average (GPA), courses taken and class standing used as part of the evaluation. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include verification of cystinosis; a copy of high school or college transcript; two letters of recommendation from current or most recent teachers/faculty members and/or counselors regarding applicant's scholastic aptitude and personal qualifications; an essay telling us who has played a vital role in applicants life.
