Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior attending Asbury Park High School in Asbury Park, New Jersey; must have financial need; must have participated in community work through school, clubs, church and/or other organizations; must demonstrate high moral and ethical character; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
