To supporting students who have overcome adversity and love the performing arts. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating high school senior; be enrolled in the CAPA program at Auburn High School; have an interest and prior experience in the performing arts; have overcome adversity in life; demonstrate financial need; must be non-traditional, minority, and first-generation college students. Selection criteria: Applications are read and scored by committees of volunteers who use a "blind" review process and make recommendations to CFNIL's board of trustees; based on various factors: community engagement; academic achievement; financial need; athletic participation; field of study.
