Qualifications: Applicants must be female; be a graduating senior at Byron High School; have participated in the Byron High School girls track program and/or Byron High School cheerleading programs for at least three seasons, including her senior year; non-traditional, minority, and first-generation college students. Selection criteria: Applications are read and scored by committees of volunteers who use a "blind" review process and make recommendations to CFNIL's board of trustees; based on various factors: community engagement; academic achievement; financial need; athletic participation; field of study.
