To provide educational resources to a high school graduating senior from the Rockford Public School District 205. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating senior at a Rockford Public School District #205 high school; be nominated for the scholarship by their high school principal; demonstrate financial need. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the board trustee; Academic performance will be given high priority consideration in the selection process.
