Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduate of Rock Valley College or Sycamore High School; intend to major in education; demonstrate optimism, determination, and love of neighbor as exemplified by Dr. Anderson's life. Selection criteria: Applications are read and scored by committees of volunteers who use a "blind" review process and make recommendations to CFNIL's board of trustees; based on various factors: community engagement; academic achievement; financial need; athletic participation; field of study.
