To provide scholarships to high school seniors from the Manitowoc and Wausau areas of Wisconsin. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from the Manitowoc or Wausau, WI, areas; must be planning to pursue a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university. Selection criteria: Selection must be exceptional scholastic achievement; potential for success in chosen field; leadership and involvement in the community; diversified interests and a well-rounded personality. Preference given to students whose parents were employed by Wisconsin Fuel & Light prior to its closing on First day of April. How to apply: Application must include transcript of most recent grades, list of extracurricular activities (downloadable form online), and two references.
