To provide tuition loan repayment to college and technical school graduates. Qualifications: Students must complete a college/university degree within ten semesters, or a technical school degree within six semesters of graduation from high school; a Marathon County resident, graduating from a high school located in Marathon County, accepted at an accredited college, university, or technical school, eligible for need-based federal or state aid, such as Stafford or Perkins subsidized loans. Selection criteria: Committee and will review applications using the following selection How to apply: Application form must be completed online and include: transcript of most recent grades; list of extracurricular activities; a reference letter from applicant's counselor or principal outlining applicant's qualifications for the award and need for financial assistance.
