To provide exceptional student with financial need, from the Wausau or D.C. Everest School Districts, who plans to pursue an education in the health or human sciences field at a university of Wisconsin college or university. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating senior from the D.C. Everest or Wausau area school districts; must be planning to pursue an education in a health or human sciences fields of study; must be at any university of Wisconsin college or university. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic excellence, extracurricular involvement, including community service, financial need, potential to succeed at the college level and beyond. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; must include transcript of most recent grades, list of Ex curricular activities (downloadable form online), two reference letters.
