To help students from a particular school or area, students pursuing a specific field of study, students with significant financial need and many other qualifications. Qualifications: Applicants must be students benefits string students in grades 7-12 in Oak Ridge Public Schools who are committed to developing their talent as string instrument players, but who otherwise would be financially unable to take private string instruction.
