To support local students pursing degrees in the field of veterinary medicine. Qualifications: Applicant must have a high school diploma from a public, private, parochial, or online school, or a GED; must attend or plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States during the upcoming academic year on a full-time basis; must maintain a permanent address with the Foundation's service area (Illinois counties of DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will); must be pursuing studies within the field of veterinary medicine. How to apply: Applicant must complete the application through the online portal. Transcripts, SAT and ACT scores (if available), SAI number from FAFSA (if available) and email address of individuals who will supply recommendations are required. Focus: Veterinary science and medicine.
