To support graduates of high schools in the City of Aurora or the City of Oswego who wish to pursue postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of high schools in the City of Aurora or the City of Oswego; must attend or plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States during the upcoming academic year on a full-time basis. How to apply: Applicant must complete the application through the online portal. Transcripts, SAT and ACT scores (if available), SAI number from FAFSA (if available) and email address of individuals who will supply recommendations are required.
