To student who have been adjudicated of a felony in the Hamilton County Juvenile Court and have graduated high school or has earned a GED certificate and are obtaining their workforce certification, associate's or bachelor's degree. Qualifications: Applicants must be reside in the Greater Cincinnati Area and be pursuing an Undergraduate Degree, Post Bachelorette Degree, or Trade Certification at an accredited, non-proprietary college, university or trade school. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
