To support Cherokee Nation and United Keetoowah Band students pursuing art degrees. Qualifications: Applicant must be a citizen of the Cherokee Nation or a United Keetoowah Band citizen residing within the Cherokee Nation jurisdictional area; must be enrolled in an accredited, four-year, higher education institution pursuing a degree in fine arts or art education (accepted focuses include drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, traditional beadwork, and textiles); must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. How to apply: Applicant must complete and submit the CNF scholarship application with all requirements and then complete the acceptance process through the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma online scholarship portal and provide an updated transcript, proof of enrollment for the upcoming fall semester, and a signed acceptance agreement. Applicant must submit three pictures of artwork along with application. Focus: Art; Drawing; Painting; Sculpture; Textile science.
