To encourage all college/law school students that are passionate about consumer advocacy to apply. Qualifications: Applicants Students must be enrolled in an accredited California university, law school or college; recipient must be 18 years of age by the beginning of fall semester and a resident of California or attending a school in California. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
