To recognized the importance of higher education and had a strong commitment to providing financial assistance to those in need to pursue a trade or a career. Qualifications: Applicants must be have a GPA of at least 2.5; should demonstrate any financial need and community involvement along with their college and career goals; senior at Hermantown High School; must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement.
