To honor of the great contributions of long-time Team Duluth Head Coach Scott "Race" Ransom, is designed to provide assistance to youth members and potential members of Team Duluth, helping offset the team fee costs associated with pursuing a competitive skiing experience. Qualifications: Applicants must be ages 5 to 19 (or high school graduation, whichever comes first) with parental consent, living in Northeastern Minnesota or Northwestern Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement.
