Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of any high school within the DSACF service area; must be attending the university of Minnesota Duluth, the university of Wisconsin Superior, or the college of St. Scholastica and demonstrate financial need; applicants may be eligible if live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; must planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school; must meet criteria related to applicants academic interests, school, or community involvement.
