To support Northwestern High School graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate of: Northwestern High School; enrolled as full-time and completed at least one year of college or technical school; High School seniors encouraged, but funds will not be awarded until the applicant's successful completion of Freshman year and enrolled in year two; demonstrate Financial Need; participate in community activities or volunteer; demonstrate Leadership.
