To provide financial assistance to Duluth East High School graduates. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Duluth East High School who have attended Congdon Park, Homecroft, or Lowell Elementary for at least one year; must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and have participated in at least two extracurricular activities at East High School, as well as at least one community-based activity; applicants may be eligible if live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; must planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school; must meet criteria related to applicants academic interests, school, or community involvement. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on their academic interest and high school or area of residence. How to apply: Applicants must submit online nomination form.
