To help students in the Iron River area pursue higher education. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from any public or private school in the Iron River area, defined as the townships of Barnes, Brule, Delta, Hughes, Iron River, Oulu, Tripp and Waino; Live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on criteria related to the applicant's academic interests, school, or community involvement.
