To provide financial assistance for postsecondary education to Duluth East High School graduates. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate of: Duluth East; active in track, pole vaulting, and/or music (band); demonstrate financial need; must be GPA: 2.5 or higher. Selection criteria: Applicants will be evaluated based on participation in pole vaulting or music activities, financial need, academic record, written recommendations, and seriousness of purpose.
