Qualifications: Applicants must identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or person of color) and be graduates of Duluth's Area Learning Center, Duluth Denfeld high school, Duluth East high school, Harbor City International school, Hermantown high school, Lakeview Christian Academy, Marshall school, Proctor high school, or Superior high school; they must demonstrate financial need, have a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and participate in extracurricular activities or community involvement; must planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school; live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin.
