To recognize a graduating female senior from Denfeld High School or Marshall School who exemplifies Patricia Gustafson's life. Qualifications: Applicants must have a GPA of at least 3.4; attend the University of Minnesota Duluth, the College of St. Scholastica or Lake Superior College; must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement. Selection criteria: Recipients are selected based on ability to live a full life following the example of Patricia Gustafson; contributions to their schools; high academic achievement; potential and intention to make contributions in the field of education; high level of moral character; and, level of financial need.
